On Thursday 22nd July, Rhodes Wealth Management hosted their Annual Golf Day at The Rushcliffe Golf Club. And what a beautiful day it was!
Located on the border of Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, the course provides some stunning views of the rolling countryside and has no two holes alike – offering a true challenge to the golfers taking part.
We had a fantastic turnout, despite the scorching weather, and attendees were very eager to get started. We started the day with sausage sandwiches and ice cold refreshments to prepare the golfers for the competition ahead. One by one, the teams were called up to tee off to begin the contest, scorecards in hand.
As well as the main competition, our attendees were competing to win the Longest Drive, Hit The Green and Nearest The Pin. The raffle was a huge hit, raising money for two truly amazing charities we are currently supporting – Pamoja Leo and YMCA.
The day ended with a delicious BBQ and beverages on the grounds of the golf club, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The golf day was a fantastic opportunity to network with new and existing clients.
