Adam established Rhodes Wealth Management in 2007. He advises local businesses and individuals, particularly those whose financial circumstances may be more complex. Adam prides himself in building strong, long-term relationships with all his clients.

Adam achieved an Honours Degree in Business Studies, then qualified as a Stockbroker and Financial Adviser and worked in London for a while. He then moved to HSBC in the East Midlands to look after their high net worth clients before setting up his own company.

Gavin is based in our West Bridgford Office and has forged a successful career as a wealth manager advising high net worth clients.

Gavin also has significant experience with Corporate clients, and developed significant skill in advising in the provision of retirement planning advice for both personal and business clients.

 Gavin has a keen eye for helping small business owners extract profits in a tax efficient manner. 

Gurdeep joined Rhodes Wealth Management in 2018 bringing extensive experience in the financial services industry, having undertaken sector agnostic client relationship management roles for business and commercial customers at Santander UK Plc and Metro Bank in London.

Taking a holistic approach, Gurdeep strives to help his clients achieve and deliver their strategic aspirations, whilst providing best in class, bespoke service. Gurdeep prides himself on professional development, achieving Chartered status in November 2022, a qualification widely accepted as the ‘gold standard’ qualification for financial planners.

Paul has recently joined forces with Rhodes Wealth Management by merging his successful St. James’s Place Practice with ours.

Paul has been working in Financial Services since 1983 and with St. James’s Place since 2005, so has a huge amount of experience.  As part of his succession planning he will continue to advise going forward whilst establishing a long term advice/relationship base for his clients with Rhodes Wealth Management.

Many of Paul’s clients have been with him for many years and are accustomed to his high levels of service and detailed advice which he aims to continue to provide going forward.

Paul has always placed his clients’ best interests at the centre of all he does and he is dedicated to continue to provide this level of service in the future.

Peter has been in Financial Services since 1994 including seven years working as an Independent (IFA). To further develop his career and give what he believes is an even better service to clients with regard to their financial planning and aspirations, he joined St. James’s Place Wealth Management in 2010.

Existing clients have been with Peter for many years through a build-up of trust and reliability which he always aims to provide.

Peter’s clients’ interests are always first and foremost and he is dedicated to providing a professional on going service which will last a lifetime.

Tom has a strong background in education with his previous role being a deputy headteacher. He holds a St. James’s Place accreditation for financial education and works with schools, teachers and governors to help them understand all aspects of financial services.

Using cash flow modelling tools, Tom works with his clients to understand their financial goals and designs financial plans using the most tax efficient wrappers including ISAs, Unit Trusts and Pensions.

Tom has a strong knowledge of taxation and trusts, which has helped clients mitigate against inheritance tax (IHT).

Jarrod is based in our West Bridgford Office and has more than 30 years’ experience working in financial services.

He has advised high net worth clients in both the UK and the Far East and is licenced to advise on Offshore Investments.

Jarrod has amassed significant experience and skill in planning for families and Inter-generational wealth, with a keen focus on inheritance tax mitigation and full estate planning.

 By liaising with both Trustees and Beneficiaries he can identify appropriate investment opportunities.

Imran takes a multi-faceted approach to Financial Advice. As a former Practice Director of a BSB regulated barrister law-firm, he has for years expertly liaised with clients and provided a personalised service.

Imran intends to leverage his business management experience & knowledge to help reduce clients tax bills, put long term retirement plans in place and advise on business protection.

Imran is undertaking study to become a Chartered Financial Adviser.

After over four years operating within the Paraplanning department of RWM, Lucy is currently enrolled in the St. James’s Place Academy training to become the next generation of financial adviser within our Practice.

Lucy graduated with a First Class Honours degree in International Finance and Banking in 2017 and is now working towards completing her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

With over 4 years of financial services experience, Lewis has joined us after graduating the St. James’s Place Academy in 2023. He has a passion for personal finance and is driven to deliver the strongest possible client outcomes. Lewis is undertaking study to become a Chartered Financial Adviser.

Tom has recently joined the team as a Wealth Management Consultant, having graduated the St James’s Place Academy. Prior to joining Tom spent 18 months working at another wealth management practice and 14 years working in insolvency before that.

Tom has therefore seen the effects that poor financial planning can have on people’s lives and is keen to ensure that his clients have the help they need to protect and grow their financial futures.

Josh joined Rhodes Wealth Management in November 2019. He works alongside other paraplanners in the Practice to research and prepare suitability reports based on recommendations from the Wealth Manager.

Josh has over six years’ financial services experience and has recently successfully achieved the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Having achieved her professional qualification some years ago now, Heather has worked in various technical roles within the industry. In doing so, it has enabled her to accumulate a wealth of knowledge along the way.

Heather strives to form long-lasting and trusting relationships with her clients by always ensuring personal values and goals are put at the forefront of any recommendation.

Clients can be sure they have access to honest and dependable advice throughout any stage of their lives.

Heather completed the St. James’s Place Academy prior to joining RWM as a Wealth Management Consultant.

Steve is a seasoned sales professional with two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry. Throughout his career he has developed a purpose for creating authentic and lasting relationships with his clients.

He is passionate about helping his clients in meaningful ways, building trust and establishing genuine connections to achieve long-term success.

Steve completed the St. James’s Place Academy prior to joining RWM as a Wealth Management Consultant.

Sian has worked within the financial services sector for over 25 years and has gained considerable knowledge and expertise in both banking and financial planning. She helps our advisers compile information for their clients retirement and succession planning, including cases where there are complex investment and tax planning requirements.

Sian has worked with Nationwide, Santander, Derbyshire Building Society and AXA Wealth Management. She is a qualified financial planner and holds the CII Diploma in financial planning.

Paula provides Adam with a comprehensive level of administrative support and liaises between Adam and his clients to help ensure that they receive a seamless and exceptionally high level of service.

Paula spent over 30 years working for Nationwide Building Society in customer service and PA roles. She holds a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and has passed to R02 exam.

Jody provides a high standard of administrative support to the financial advisers to ensure that clients receive an efficient and seamless service.

During her 11 years in banking Jody worked her way to become a Bank Manager leading 4 branches. She also has experience in relationship management looking after Business and Private Customer portfolios.

Jody is keen to add to her wealth of financial services experience and is working towards her professional exam qualifications in wealth management.

Clare is responsible for all aspects of finance within the Practice including the management of budgets, invoicing, payroll and data analysis.

Having previously worked for Natwest and internet bank, Egg, Clare has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. She has a BA (Hons) in Management and a HND in Business and Finance.

Passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, Amy brings a wealth of expertise from her dynamic career in the hospitality industry to her role as Marketing & Events Coordinator at Rhodes Wealth Management. With a track record of orchestrating seamless events for diverse clientele, she understands the intricacies of crafting experiences that leave a lasting impression and is dedicated to ensuring that every interaction with Rhodes Wealth Management is nothing short of exceptional.

Amy recently attained a distinction in her CIM Level 3 qualification and is committed to staying at the forefront of marketing strategies, ensuring that our clients receive tailored solutions and outstanding service.

Sharon has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years and joined Rhodes Wealth Management in September 2012. She is responsible for the research and analysis of our clients’ investments and pensions, making sure our detailed reports are prepared ready for our Wealth Managers when presenting recommendations to their clients.

Sharon is also responsible for advising our Wealth Managers on the technicalities of their advice.

Bilal has 4 years of experience working within Wealth Management and recently completed the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.  He hopes to use the skills developed through work and studies to further progress his career at Rhodes Wealth Management and extend his knowledge of financial advice.

Bilal is ambitious and keen to undertake further studies with the goal of attaining Chartered status.

Diane joined Rhodes Wealth Management in March 2021. She provides administrative support for our Wealth Management Consultants.

Diane has over 20 years’ experience in delivering high levels of customer service. Having previously worked in general insurance she is looking to extend her knowledge of financial services and is working towards her professional exam qualifications in Wealth Management.

Dan Joined Rhodes Wealth Management in September 2022 and provides administrative support for our Wealth Management Consultants.

Dan brings over 5 years’ experience of working within the St. James’s Place brand, having previously worked in a senior client management role within another St. James’s Place Partner Practice. Dan has also achieved his Internal Gold Standard Accreditation with St. James’s Place.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as leading an active and healthy lifestyle.

Lawrence joined Rhodes Wealth Management in June 2022 following several years working in various roles for a major UK high street bank. Lawrence prides himself on his high level of client service and meticulous attention to detail.

Lawrence is determined to develop his knowledge in financial services and is looking to complete the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Charlie recently joined the team at Rhodes Wealth Management and is looking forward to supporting the growth of the business.

Charlie completed an apprenticeship in accounting and business administration and is hoping to use the skills learned to progress within Rhodes Wealth Management, building strong client relationships along the way. Charlie is keen to extend her knowledge of financial services and hoping to complete professional exam qualifications in financial planning.

Linda joined RWM in January 2023 to offer direct support to our CEO, Adam Rhodes.

Prior to a career break to support her growing family Linda spent 20+ years in the Brewing industry as an Executive PA working across Sales, HR and Marketing functions.

Linda is looking forward to expanding her knowledge of financial services and, together with Paula, providing Adam and his clients with a first-class level of service.

Lauren has worked in high demanding customer service/hospitality roles for the last 15 years delivering 5*standard service.

Having previously worked for a finance company Lauren is keen to develop her skills and knowledge in Wealth Management and is currently working towards her professional qualification in CIPD level 5 in people Management.

Lucas joined Rhodes Wealth Management in September 2022 following the completion of his A-level exams. He now works alongside the Client Support Team to help provide administrative support to our Wealth Management Consultants.

Lucas is new to financial services and is keen to expand his knowledge and understanding of the sector. Lucas prides himself on his technical understanding and he is looking to complete professional exam qualifications in financial planning.
