We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Hayley Burton as Managing Director of Rhodes Wealth Management.
Burton joins the business following a period of strong performance, with the company recently obtaining £500million of funds under their management. She will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the business, driving growth, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Hayley has a strong track record of growing wealth management businesses with a customer-centric focus and a passion for empowering people. She was previously Managing Director of Kingswood Group and Divisional Manager at Santander Wealth Management.

Hayley’s people-focused approach allows us to continue to support and develop our team so that they are best equipped to provide a first-class service to clients and deliver on our mission to ‘change people’s lives for the better.’
A diverse team of financial advisers
It is our aim to ensure we are building a culture and environment of excellence and inclusivity, and we are very proud of our diverse team. One example being our two female financial advisers, supported by a largely female customer support team. In an industry that is traditionally male dominated, our female cohort, and now the appointment of a female Managing Director is just one of the many things that sets us apart.

Hayley is also joined by Jill Bond, also from Kingswood Group who will continue her role as Personal Assistant to Hayley, as well Client Support Manager to the Customer Service Support team.
