Last week we hosted our Annual Charity Golf Day at Branston Golf and Country Club. Set on the banks of the River Trent, the 18 hole Championship Course boats incredible views and challenges at every turn.
This year’s golf day was bigger than ever with 22 teams and 88 players competing for the Rhodes Wealth Management trophy. Golfers received a goody bag and bacon roll on registration before heading out to their starting hole at midday. As well as the main competition, some of our guests started with a round of Adventure Golf before spending the afternoon in the spa. The day ended with a delicious BBQ accompanied by live music and prize giving, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
This event was all in aid of raising money for Pamoja Leo who RWM have supported since 2017. Through the raffle and competitions on the day we raised a total of £1335.00, this will allow the charity to buy 193 tins of formula milk which is enough to feed 24 babies for a month.
