Adam Rhodes- Managing Director 

What are you most looking forward to about Christmas?

Lighting the fire and playing with my 2 year old son and his train set whilst all cosy. This is usually followed by our family walks in the frosty morning with my wife Lydia, Lewis and our handsome Labradoodle Harrison.

What are you most proud of with Rhodes Wealth Management this year?

We’ve had some fantastic outcomes which we have created for clients. The team have worked really hard and it’s great to look back at how much I think we have all actually enjoyed working together as a team. The progress we have made with our brand in the Derbyshire area has been incredible and the integration with Jason’s business this summer has been really successful. I’m afraid there is not just one answer for this question!

Any goals you’re hoping to achieve in 2020?

I want to get the Entrepreneur Club up and running so that we can work through the Entrepreneurial Operating System. This is a new process which should help us to streamline the business and improve client servicing. I’m also looking to recruit just a few more great people to join the team.

Favourite Christmas food?

The cheese board- with a glass of Port of course!
