We are delighted to welcome back Michelin Star trained chef Darryl Breen for another RWM ‘Virtual Culinary Demonstration’. These evenings have been incredibly well received previously, so we are delighted Darryl has agreed once again to share his culinary expertise with us and help to break up the monotony of Lockdown.
Darryl will be taking us through a delicious two-course menu step by step, sharing expert hints and tips along the way. Recipe cards will be distributed prior to the event to provide plenty of time to get stocked up with the correct ingredients.
Over the course of the two-hour session, our professional chef will be showing us how to prepare a traditional Pad Thai (either chicken or vegetable so suit your preference), followed by an individual Chocolate and Lemon Cheesecake.
The event will begin online at 6pm on Thursday 18th February – we hope you will be able to join us once again.
