Festive Virtual Culinary Demonstration with Darryl Breen

This December we will be welcoming back Michelin Star trained chef Darryl Breen to host another virtual festive culinary demonstration.

On the evening Darryl will be providing expert hints and tips to make the perfect festive dishes.

The virtual event will be held on Thursday, 2nd December from 6pm.

The dishes we will prepare this time are:

• Turkey ballotine wrapped in bacon with special roast potatoes and a red wine sauce

Followed by:

• Mulled wine poached pear with crème brûlée

Recipe cards will be provided prior to the event.
